KiyoHRMS operates on subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Access to paid features is based on active subscription status and plan limits.

3. Payment and refunds

Subscription charges are payable in advance. Taxes, including GST where applicable, are charged separately. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Limitation of liability

Kiyo Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage, interruptions, or third-party integrations.

5. Changes to terms
