How payments work
Subscription billing
Plans are billed in advance based on the number of active employees and selected features. View current plans on our pricing page.
Invoices & GST
Tax invoices are issued for all payments. GST is applied as per applicable Indian tax regulations.
Accepted payment methods
- Bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
- UPI and online payment gateways where enabled
- Cheque (for annual enterprise agreements)
- Credit and debit cards for eligible online checkout flows
Refunds & cancellations
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. To cancel or change your plan, contact info@kiyocrm.com.
